Fair and Transparent Process for China Sourcing Services
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered in the following cases for our China sourcing services:
- Order cancellation before we place order with Chinese supplier
- Supplier inability to fulfill confirmed order
- Significant quality issues verified by our inspection team
- Shipping delays beyond 60 days without updates
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable for sourcing services:
- Service fees for orders already in process
- Shipping costs once package is dispatched
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Products with minor color variations from supplier images
3. Refund Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery/issues discovery
- Provide clear evidence (photos/videos of issues)
- We investigate with the Chinese supplier
- Resolution decision within 14 business days
- Refund processed to original payment method
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for:
- Minor quality issues that don't affect product functionality
- Partial order fulfillment from supplier
- Extended shipping delays
5. Timeframe
Refund Processing: 7-14 business days after approval
Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days
Total Time: 10-24 business days for complete refund
