Fair and Transparent Process for China Sourcing Services

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered in the following cases for our China sourcing services:

  • Order cancellation before we place order with Chinese supplier
  • Supplier inability to fulfill confirmed order
  • Significant quality issues verified by our inspection team
  • Shipping delays beyond 60 days without updates

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable for sourcing services:

  • Service fees for orders already in process
  • Shipping costs once package is dispatched
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Products with minor color variations from supplier images

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery/issues discovery
  2. Provide clear evidence (photos/videos of issues)
  3. We investigate with the Chinese supplier
  4. Resolution decision within 14 business days
  5. Refund processed to original payment method

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for:

  • Minor quality issues that don't affect product functionality
  • Partial order fulfillment from supplier
  • Extended shipping delays

5. Timeframe

Refund Processing: 7-14 business days after approval

Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days

Total Time: 10-24 business days for complete refund
