1. Service Overview

CheckerCN provides professional sourcing and shipping services from China to the Middle East. We act as your purchasing agent for products from Chinese platforms and handle international shipping arrangements.

2. Order Process

  • Clients provide product links from 1688, Taobao, Pinduoduo, or Alibaba
  • We provide detailed quotes including product cost, service fee, and shipping
  • Full payment must be completed before order processing begins
  • We place orders with verified Chinese suppliers
  • Quality inspection conducted before shipping

3. Service Fees & Payment

Service Fee: 10% of product value (minimum $20 per order)

Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Pioneer, Bank Transfer

Payment Terms: 100% advance payment required

Quote Validity: All quotes are valid for 7 days

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only (not guarantees)
  • Standard delivery: 15-25 business days
  • Express delivery: 7-15 business days (additional cost)
  • Customs delays and inspections are beyond our control
  • Clients are responsible for all import duties and taxes
  • Tracking information provided when available

5. Limitations of Liability

CheckerCN acts as an intermediary between clients and Chinese suppliers. We are not liable for:

  • Manufacturing defects from suppliers
  • Customs seizures, delays, or additional charges
  • Shipping carrier issues or losses
  • Product quality variations from supplier descriptions
  • Supplier bankruptcy or failure to deliver

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before payment to supplier
  • Service fees are non-refundable once order processing begins
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once package is dispatched
  • Refund requests require evidence and supplier verification

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days. Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve issues amicably before pursuing other remedies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international trade laws and regulations. Any legal matters shall be handled according to standard international trade practices.
